Group Admin Disappeared-What Can I Do?

Hi all, I'm in a fantastic group but the admin has disappeared and now the group is out of control with spammers, trolls, etc. I've tried every way possible to reach the admin but he's not responding.

I know some of you guys have some creative methods-what can I do to take control of this group before it's completely destroyed?

you can claim as admin as long as there's no admin on the group

You'd better quit and start anther group which you could control, it would take tons of time clearing spammers and rubbish comments, believe me.
