Grindr- Error 28 - How to fix error to can login account?

I want to solve that problem if is possible in unrooted phone .
Like i have a good account in other phone work perfect, when i login in phone with problem , show error 28.

I just want to login succesfuly the account.
Only serious dev or people , what want to make bussines.
