Griefing Youtube Enemies

Is it really that simple to grief a youtube enemy?

I mean, one would only need to use a Youtube viewer bot to "view" said user's video and after some time YT would catch on and flag the account itself for irregular patterns of views.

An older method was just reporting the video for copyright violation hurhurr

I would never do this to someone, but I have had this done to me in the past.... Same with Ebay and Amazon, at least once a month I'll get someone who buys an item from me and claims that the package was empty on delivery when it obviously wasn't.

It's similar to negative SEO.
And if you think Negative SEO out of Internet it's like...

You open a restaurant next to your opponent and all the customers continue to visit HIS restaurant.

Instead of improving the quality of your meal and spend some money on better chefs you decide to pay someone to burn his restaurant.

It's up to your "enemy" if he wants to play fair or not. But Karma is a bitch

My suggestion? Play fair.

Similar to negative SEO it can backfire. What happens if his videos don't get flagged and he manages to become really popular...
