I'm not looking for any supplier, all i'm trying to find out is if I can get legal problems for selling these Grey Market Nike products.
 
yes you can get in big problems for doing this.

there is no grey its eather legit or not. If the copy is made in the same factory or not does not matter.
the question is if everything including boxes is "original" and you have a invoice which is legit how to find out.

You probably already know that you can get in trouble for selling those but you really wanna know how likely is it that you'll be caught and face real problems. This is illegal of course and getting caught is a matter of chance and how much volume you did.
 
illegal but so is a lot of other things that people do and don't get in trouble for. it's a risk.
