I need help with this:
i want to apply for some eu funds on some government page
there's a form on the page i need to fill
they unlock the page every month for a few minutes until they get 1000 subscriptions
the page is so full whn they unlock that i can't even see the form
what can i do to get a spot on this damn page (even tried it with 5 computers at the same time)
