Hi there. I have a business idea that is in the "grey" area. Basically I will be selling some products that are banned in the UK but are legal to buy in other countries. I was wanting information how to setup a totally anonymous website that cant be linked back to me and also wondering what is the most anonymous form of payment. I have read a few threads on this website and the majority say to setup an offshore company but I dont understand what that means and how I would do it. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

You essentially want to operate like the pokersites do. You will have a virtual office overseas. I tried to post a website but I am too new to post links. Google virtual office.

Hello, yeh I get the same problem I cant post on other threads I have started. It is not a virtual office I need. The first step I need is to do is buy a domain name and web hosting anonymously without leaving a paper trail to myself. Secondly I then need to find out a way to receive payment

Fly to the country where it's legal, set up everything legally there, find someone to keep a computer and internet connection just for you and run everything from the host country via logmein.

Actually you can set up a Offshore Company in the Seychelles with a bank account in Cyprus and finally use 2co.com or Moneybookers, Liberty Reserve, Perfect Money etc. to accept payments.

Many are doing so and it is very easy to setup, I have done this a few times for " so called gray" area business with success and just without visiting any of the countries.
It is not very complicated, once the company is setup you can easily enter the company's contact details in the domain contact details and now you have a perfectly anonymous setup which no one can trace.
