Hello, Black Hat World. I am a buyer and reseller. I have been very satisfied with the services I have purchased from vendors here in the past. I would like to join this community of professionals. I am looking for opportunities to take some of the fine products and services available here and introduce them to other circles. I am a bitcoin kind of guy. As far as I can tell PayPal and bank transfers are the main currencies here. Moving money using those pipes eats a lot of margin on my side. Are there any vendors here that have good OPSEC and trade in bitcoin?

Do I just make low content posts until I have enough posts to contribute? I can't even make a post that mentions electronic mail. I wanted to share 20k+ verified electronic mail addys for use in direct marketing. Of just one of those fancy linky things to a pastebin.

I cannot link to mediafire from my post. I cannot link to pastebin from my post. I cannot put the addresses into a post. I cannot PM. That's my issue. I'm a low post count noob. I can't even pay for Junior membership without 100 posts and an arbitrary time delay. What is the acceptable answer?

If you want to sell services, you can team up with some Jr. Vip. You need 15 posts in order to be able to send PMs. You can buy donor for the same amount as Jr. Vip although without the access to JR. Vip forum, but you will be able to add ad to signature and post links.

I wanted to give, not sell. I'm a buyer. In eleven more posts, I can respond to sales threads with a PM. I am not opposed to paying for premium access, but I won't pay just for the privilege of feeding you. It does appear that I need to inflate my post count to contribute. Makes sense on a forum full of folk that expoit web applications that this would be the case. I will not beg and whine to donate content. I'll just wait.

    Feeding who?
Donations are set to keep noobs out, to help to pay for hosting and to be more transparent on who you are.
Donations provide ability of having links in signature and few other small perks, but mostly it is seen as support.
You are not feeding anyone, especially the guys in blue. Blue and Pink members are the ones that donated, so they actually giving, not taking.
There are restriction in posting because every so some idiot comes in and try to post affiliate links or sales threads 2 minutes after joining.

To the left of the quoted snippet is the statement "I am not opposed to paying for premium access". I also stated that I understand the reason for the policy and that I accept it. I'm not some idiot trying to post affiliate links. "Feeding who?" I'm not going to donate *just* so that I can dump quality content into the forum. I came to contribute, and I cannot. Not your problem, and I'm not asking you to solve that for me. I asked and I got an answer. Churn posts. And that's another post on my way to some day laying down a hyperlink.

As a new user your account has certain restrictions. As time goes by and you make posts those restrictions are lifted.
Don't be in a hurry, contribute to the forum where you can and you will soon be able to post links.
Don't just spam rubbish or one liners but try to contribute to threads where you have knowledge, experience or expertise.
If you don't have any experience etc then feel free to ask questions.
Be aware, not all sections contribute to your post count.
Don't worry about sharing anything yet, get to know the forum.
As for BTC I think there are a few sellers in The Marketplace that accept cryptocurrencies.

Thank you for the comment. I don't want to come across as belligerent or ungrateful. I have tremendous respect for the value of the contributions made by members of the BHW community. Whether it is beating on the Panda or sharing experiments regarding page rank and use of Cloudflare, I learn something useful almost every time I visit here. I am eager to give back. And instead of a throwaway to hook up with a vendor offsite, I wanted to join the community. I have no history or credibility here. There is nothing to distiguish my noob account from a sock puppet or scammer. I understand and accept the restrictions set on noobs. How can I build a reputation for professionalism and legitimacy? By contributing. I'm spinning my wheels waiting for a chance to do that. I'm just impatient. Thanks to staff for hosting. I haved derived great value from the community you've built. Someday I'll be able to pay some of that back by bringing some of content of value from my own community. [Edit (and permissions check): No change to text above.]
