I'm trying to post in marketplace as looking for a BH SEO but my post is triggering a warning box which suggests reading the post rules. Not sure why tbh, just asking for experienced BH's to pm me...

You can't PM yet anyway. If you mean you're trying to start a thread in the marketplace you can't do that either. If you see a service you like you can post a question in that thread and the provider will get back to you.

If you're trying to open a thread offering hire someone you need to open a thread in the "Hire a freelancer" section

It's hard to tell what you're trying to do from your question but hopefully I've covered it for you
