Hay we know how it goes, you post in these sections as a noob, nobody really responds to you cause they don't know what your deal is or they think your trying to spam, or sell something. Reality is, I'm a guy who just learned about BH seo's. I don't really know much, and I hope once the suspicion lifts, people will engage my questions.

I generally use the search features and normally HATE to post, but when I cannot find an answer I feel compelled to post.

In fact I do have one question that searching not only bhw forums, but google turned up no responses. I've read that Google places is basically difficult/impossible to use a fake address now-a-days. Would using Google+ be another alternative to higher rankings for ones website?

Google places is a very small part of a complete SEO plan for a business. I'm assuming that if you don't have a real address, you're trying to set up a website only without a brick and mortar location? If that's the case, google places won't help you one bit.

Google plus can be part of an overall off page SEO plan (and on page with the right buttons). Just adding google+ won't get you traffic, however.
There are several threads on SEO and I think you should check them out.

woo hoo! Thanks for the response! I figured as much. I'm looking to setup a business that could be online verifiable, complete with profiles on Fb, (trying to purchase a linkedin account with some age on it) and virtual answering service. He told me if I could make it happen he'd give me a deposit and pay the balance after he got the job. (says he'll pay me 200$ 1/2 now 1/2 after landing job)

This friend recently graduated tech school in IT and has both A+ and Network+ certs yet it's been 3 months and no bites. So that's my deal
