Greetings!
A few months ago, I discovered this site and I was immediately drawn in. It seems like there's a great group of people here who genuinely want to help each other out, and I'm excited to be a part of it.
After a 20-year career in HR, I find myself without a job and dealing with the most severe depressive episode of my 43 years (over a year and a half long.) It's a long story, but what I can say is that there are some not-so-great people out there, and when they have unchecked power, they can really mess up your life. I no longer have the desire to continue in HR, even though it's all I've ever known. I love tech, coding, development, and more, and I need to take control of my success.
I'm open to any opportunity, whether it's grey-market or not, as long as it allows me to learn, reignite my passion, and make some money. If it ticks those boxes, then I'll be happy.
