Hello everyone! I'm a 22 year old college student from Maryland. I stumbled upon Shezboy's post where he suggested that introductions be the first place I go. I've been on and off these forums for about 3 years now but never really took anything too seriously. The amount of knowledge and information is incredible and the community seems great.

Sadly I'm one of the many that has tried time and time again to dive into IM or making money online but never got anywhere. It's like the same story every time... I get super excited and eager when I find a new project that captures my attention but I never follow through and my motivation fizzles out almost immediately. I never take the time to truly envelope myself into what I'm trying to accomplish and usually end up just half assing it. That leads to terrible end results which ultimately means I give up and move onto the next shiny object.

The time in between my ventures is what kills me though. I lose interest for months at a time but I always come back because deep down I know that this truly is the land of endless opportunities. There's always that voice in my head telling me that I need to buckle down, learn everything there is to learn, and ACT. But I lack the drive because I think it will be the same exact half assed outcome again. On top of that, I think about all the time I've been wasting when I could have used it to better myself and learn more about the online world or even have an established online business.

I'm not trying to use this as a diary. Just getting my story out there because I have a feeling I'm not the only one stuck in a rut. I really want to make this my way of living though. I see and read success stories every day. I have so much respect for people who decided that they wanted to use the internet to better their lives or escape from less than ideal situations and think it's awesome how just about anyone with an internet connection can make that happen! I understand it's anything but easy and takes A LOT of work, time, and patience, but I know the potential for moving up is endless. Literally endless... As the world continues to rapidly move towards total connectivity, who wouldn't want to be on the forefront of a platform that could one day potentially hold every single human being?

So again, hello from MD and I think this is my way of saying, I'm not giving up this time and you guys are stuck with me lol
