Greetings, BHW. I'm a lawyer who has fought hundreds of chargeback cases for merchants, mostly in the nutraceutical and digital goods space. I know the exact language and evidence that wins with Visa/Mastercard. I want to productize this. My goal is to build an automated platform where merchants can submit disputes, and my system generates bulletproof response packages. I'm here to understand the technical side of integrating with payment gateways to pull data and to learn which high-risk verticals need this most urgently.
