Please describe the reason for submitting a Dispute, in detail.
I bought an account from whateverboost on 12th of May 2026. His TAT on his website states that it will take within 3 business days to provide the account. However, he only delivered on the 23rd of May 2026. 11 days late.

I tried logging in into the account with a residential proxy(USA) as the account is from the USA so verification number process is needed. He couldn’t give me the number and kept questioning my attempts in logging in. After trying to login with his proxy because of this issue, this account later got restricted.

He gave me a 2nd account, however when I tried logging in it needed a verification code and email. When I tried logging into the email(Hotmail) it needed another email for the verification code. When I asked him to give it to me he said support has expired because I did not ask him in 24 hours. He stopped messaging me.

He sent me a wall of text on the 9th of Jun 2026 after I request for a refund, he then gaslights me stating that I was using a normal VPN that’s why it failed. That I was the problem. As you can see from the pictures I literally used one of his proxies to log in which highlights that he doesn’t really care about the customer because he wouldn’t say such a thing if he actually cared. He also told me that it was part of the terms, only 24 hours support, however I can also question him to deliver within 3 days and he failed. I did not even complain about the order being late and he stops communication after I was late for one day.

Please detail exactly how you have tried to resolve your issue before now.
I tried asking him if it was a proxy issue, then I used his. I also asked him to help me out due to one of the accounts having email verification issues but he said there was only a 1 day support, anymore than that he can't help me.

What kind of outcome are you looking for from this Dispute?
I want to get a refund of my money back.

I'm denying the refund request.
The buyer received the account and used it. If the delivery time was an issue, he could have asked for a refund before accepting delivery. He didn't.
The account he is requesting a refund for was working. I literally logged into it myself and showed him it was active.

He's claiming I'm gaslighting him because I explained that these accounts need to be accessed correctly. That's not gaslighting. That's me trying to explain why he's having issues.

I even provided a replacement account when he reported a problem with the first one.

At this point we're talking about a delivered account that was shown to be working. The fact that he couldn't get it set up the way he wanted doesn't suddenly make it refundable.

I believe I've done more than enough to help here, including providing a replacement account and troubleshooting with him.

I respectfully ask staff to review the screenshots and evidence. I can also give the MODs access to the account OR. i can video screen record me accessing the account.

First of all, all this happened because you did not provide the phone number required. Instead directly insinuate me for doing it the wrong way(ie a bad vpn). If you did not know, Linkedin will do this when the account's backend data are highly unstable. If you had the phone number in the first place none of this would happen when I had to switch to your own proxy and getting it restricted. This was a forced troubleshoot because you did not give the phone number.

Secondly, you showing you can login proves nothing at all. You have the cookie, obviously it is easy to login as you already logged in before. The issue here is we(the buyer) will face linkedin's system because we are logging in via proxy. It is your responsibility to navigate the situation, and not chuck it down to "we just use a bad vpn". You are demonstrating access via an active local session token (li_at cookie) in your own browser profile, which bypasses the standard login check. However, the account's backend is completely flagged. So of course you can login the accounts, someone else or the admin has to login to prove that you are actually correct.

Thirdly, you did not give the verification code for the 2nd email. All these things could have been avoided if you actually cared about your customer.

Finally, I will give access to both linkedin accounts including email address to the admin (settingsun77) if required. The issue here is that customer have problem logging in, not the seller(host) himself due to seller failing to provide authentication via phone number and verification code. I will give him the necessary id and password and even provide proxy that I use(or of his choice), pay for it and see if I'm telling the truth or not. Because it is the buyer who have to login, not the seller.

Just to clarify something because the buyer is trying to twist this into “seller can login because seller has cookies.”

I logged into the account myself for the first time only because the buyer kept claiming the account was not working. I normally do not login to these accounts myself after delivery because I don’t want to mix proxies, locations, cookies, or create extra login history that can cause issues for the buyer.

The account was originally verified and handled by my internal team. Only one person from our side is supposed to login/check these accounts for that exact reason. But because the buyer kept saying it doesn’t work, we had to login and prove the account is active and accessible.

So now he is complaining about “multiple logins,” but the only reason extra login attempts happened is because he failed to access the account properly and kept claiming the account was bad. We had to prove it was working.

Also, phone access was never promised. This was a LinkedIn account sale, not a full phone number/recovery package. The account was delivered, a replacement was provided, and the replacement was shown to be working.

The buyer keeps changing the argument from delay, to login issue, to phone verification, to cookies, to backend data. The simple fact remains: a replacement account was delivered and was accessible.

If the delivery delay was the issue, he could have requested a refund before accepting the account. He did not. He accepted delivery and continued with the order.

I’ve already provided screenshots showing the account is working. I don’t believe a refund is justified here, and I respectfully ask staff to review the evidence based on what was actually sold and delivered.

At this point, I don’t think further back and forth with the buyer will add anything useful. I’ve provided my explanation and evidence, and I’m happy to answer staff directly if anything else is needed.

I also want to make it clear that I’m not someone who refuses refunds when I’m actually at fault. I have refunded over $10,000 to a client before when I couldn’t fulfill a job properly, and I can provide proof of that or even have the client confirm it if staff wants. (Sorry for going off-topic)

If I’m wrong, I fix the issue. That has never been a problem. But in this case, a replacement account was delivered, it was accessible, and the buyer is now creating a dispute because he couldn’t follow the access instructions properly.

Any progress on this?

@WhateverBoosts You're eating up a lot of time here and we need to see these screen recordings sooner rather than later.
