Greendot card & Amazon stealth account

Is anyone using greendot cards for amazon stealth accounts? I had a few questions hoping someone could answer for me, Im trying to set up a new amazon acct after getting booted. Can I use the greendot card with the same last name as the booted account? And what about the address for greendot? Can I use anything and does it have to match the amazon address I will be using? I can help you out. I maintain a few different amazon accounts. I do not use green card, i just get a prepaid visa gift card from the super market. You can out the name is as whatever you want and it will work. As far as names go, use a variation of your name so thatdeposits will still be accepted by your bank. For an address, make sure it is within 100 or less miles of you IP address location. PM me if you need more questions.
