GreenCloudVPS - No refunds! - The worst service.

Hey guys,

Long story short, bought VPS tried it a couple of days and did not get it to work.
RDP could not connect, server had issues and when I asked for a refund they say only at first order and only at first 7 days.

1) It was my second order, because they canceled my first order without me requesting to cancel it(a cool trick to avoid refunds).
2) I requested a refund after couldn't work with VPS after 2 DAYS!!!
No more than thee after purchase!

And the last one is... they closed the support ticket immediately after this event...

So avoid them and save yourself some money there...

Now thinking of going with Followplanner instead of the VPS - Jarvee thing.

The whole service looked scammy when they immediately cut me off telling me those things.
But yeah I send a message...

get yourself a Amex credit card they will help you with situations like this ( saved my ass few grand already)
