I already have VPS host at the moment but their customer service is slow as fuck, I need to change something in php.ini or at least I want them to show me, waiting 3 days already for an answer :mad: takes too long for me and that's all I need to switch hosting :D

Don't have experience with SolusVM Control Panel though.

Thanks. servers are already not my forte, checking out the demo for vesta, looks way too complicated for a server noob like me, have to think about. Still happy with the budget vps though :)
 
I just wanted to leave a review, I've been using the seo Vps and 10 proxies for about 3 months and they work great. I use them for social accounts, and haven't been getting asked to phone verify so I know they arent abused. Had a problem with google search but realized it was my tools scraping. Had a problem with authentication and customer service replied quickly and fixed everything and was super helpful, so thanks guys keep up the good work! :)

We provide KVM VPS from template now, with LUKS encryption you will need custom ISO which we dont have that feature available.

Regarding the reservation some people have regarding your support (which is the money important thing regarding any service in my own opinion) what have you done to improve on this and what is your average response time?

A review after using 2 of their servers, one Windows and one Linux.

They are my first experience with VPS so maybe I'm biased but I got nothing but good words for them

I started with a Windows VPS in France as I am in Europe and a Linux server in the US to host my domains as most of my business is in the US. Very fast setup and speed. The only disadvantage to host your domains in the US when you are in Europe is that FTP is very slow so I decided I wanted to switch the Windows server from France to the US. The disadvantage of this is that the RDC to my computer is slower but FTP is a lot faster which comes in handy if you have multiple domains and landing pages like me and have to upload and delete WP on a regular base, I opened a ticked and requested a server switch and the reason why, this was no problem for them, they asked me to make a backup and If I was ready to reply to the ticket.

Had to work today so it took a little longer but as soon as I got home I made a back up of the files I wanted to save and uploaded it and for those who don't know this website (I doubt it) to http://www.mega.nz . They offer 50gb for free and I have 5 accounts on the same IP so that's 250gb for free.

When I replied my ticket that I was ready, within 15 min I got a reply with the message I could use the new server within the next 20 min.

Plus everywhere I go on the internet for research which is usually American sees me as a 100% USA user so basically it acts like a one address VPN too.

Now the only thing I sometimes miss because I got used to it with other companies I do business with in different fields is a live chat but their ticket system is great! So far I have opened 5 tickets with different issues and they have always replied within an hour and usually within 25 minutes.

So far A+ rating for me.

I forget to mention, you can always ask them anything. If you are a server noob like me or advanced user, if they can help you they will.
