i am using greencloud vps currently. i don't know what it is but the VPS crashes at least once a day every day. sometimes twice a day. it has been doing this for about a week now. i'd check my vps in the middle of the day and see that it has rebooted for some reason. i ask the support why this happens or for an explanation. they don't give me a concrete reason. i can't recommend this vps service and i will most likely be switching to a new vps soon. buy at your own risk

I've had this problem multiple times now, and the support keeps telling me that it's fixed, but it just keeps happening. I have already paid my month, yet my email and greencloud account keep labeling the invoice as unpaid. I didn't want to comment in the thread, but clearly the problem isn't being fixed. I have left another support ticket so hopefully you guys can fix this once and for all - otherwise I will need to switch to another VPS provider.
