The server in France is bit slow (I took the budget to start with twitter accounts) but Windows overall is slow :/
 
Yea, 1 core, 2GB ram. Weird it was fast first weeks but than gradually slowed down...

This company is a joke... i contact cusomter service about refund if im not happy wiht the performance, they said yes. So i went ahead and bought it, tired using it but didnt really like it. Wasnt very responsive. Asked for a refund within couple hours. They said no because I was a previous customer... I was a previous customer for one month on a lower tier and thought thats why it sucked. So i bought it again with highest tier to see if theres any difference. Turns out it still kind sucks, emailed costumer service to see if they can refund me. They type message in vietnamese, then english saying there are no refunds. Such a bad company. Scammers.

yeah, sure. i register for new acount because i forgot my old account. AND who the heck makes a rule where you can only get a refund if its a new account.. you shouldnt be selling services. horrible policy. gave your company a second chance. got shot down.
 
you guys shouldnt buy from this person. their company sucks tbh. servers uses a 200 dollar processor and its pretty laggy.

The money back can be applied to the first service only. Register a new account to bypass that is not allowed.

Do you understand english? I did not register a new account to bypass that rule. heck i didnt even know such a rule exists... Whatever you say man. your service does not match description ill get a refund thru my credit card company. Just posting this bad experience so other buyers wont have to. hope you lose sales, your services suck as well your customer services.

Yes we do understand English. This rule is clearly stated on our website - Terms of Services that you agreed when signed up. You are free to give your feedback but we are defending what we think is right and reasonable. Hope that you will find a better provider.
