Hello there I am looking to stream to youtube at 1 fps 1500 bitrate I was wondering what package you recommend. the content I would be streaming would be a 1 fps video I would be watching via mpc and streaming via OBS
I have attached my system specs below for when i tested on my own pc my total cpu usage while streaming was 5%-9% and ram was around 10% GPU was at 4% under load
please keep in mind i have auto overclocked when needed to set CPU at 4.2 ghz and push ram to 1992 Hz but while i was testing the stream the components did not overclock

Vietnam VPS has been okay in general but has been down for almost 2 weeks now. I waited to see if it would be back up since you had a string of "maintenance time" emails but it since my VPS isn't getting back up, I have opened a ticket.

Could you please open a support ticket so we can check? Our Vietnam VPS was down for a few hours on 20th only, after that there was a network routing issue which made the international network slow and unstable and was resolved yesterday already. We have not seen any VPS downtime for 2 weeks so your case might be a different issue.

That's fair. What if it's a high RAM VPS? Quarterley still the only option?
One more question: if I get a high RAM VPS that has split SATA/SSD storage, can you tell me what the sequential read rate of the SATA storage is? All I want to be able to do is keep up with the provided gigabit connection, so as long as sequential read for SATA storage is over 1gbps I'll be thrilled and likely make my first purchase with you guys.

For High RAM VPS you can choose SATA or SSD drive. With SATA drive you still have 1Gbps connection.

But that SATA drive will be able to keep up with the 1gbps connection right? I know I can choose both as features, but I'm worried about the SATA drive slowing down the connection if I try to upload something from the SATA drive to the internet at 1gbps. Can you assure me that this won't happen? I've seen very slow SATA connections before in VPS and don't want this SATA connection to bottleneck anything.
