Hello GreenCloudVPS,
I Bought the SEO3 and 10 proxy's everything was ok, until day 20 when my vps was shutdown for 24hours, the reason was spam even though i am using proxy's with all my programs, It took Support about 3 hours to reply to my ticket frustrating waiting for a solution had to wait until the morning to log back on the vps, the worst part is i had no access to my seo 3 vps all night, So I made my mind up that I would cancel and uninstall all my programs.
So I canceled my service since I dint want to face any future shutdowns do to my campaign and I requested a full refund, but greencloudvps does not want to give me back my money even when there service vps seo3 did not satisfied me.
Any sultion to recovering my money?

Please refer to our TOS, we have 7 day money back guarantee only, not 45 day of Paypal. You agreed with it when you signed up. 10 proxies are not enough if you run massive threads, there are many threads on GSA forum about it, i.e: http://forum.gsa-online.de/discussion/6421/threads-per-proxy
