Maybe you did the speedtest on different located server? Cos if you choose the right location it should have ping < 20ms. You can open a support ticket so our staff can take a look at it.

If it's a normal mail server then it's OK. But we dont allow spamming on our system. Port 25 will be closed and VPS will be suspended if you do so.
