Ordered a VPS. Let's see how fast you guys fix the MaxMind fraud check that gets me every single time I'm trying to purchase something online

Okay, got my VPS now. Whole order process took maybe like 2-3 hours, I didn't clock, but that was most likely because I needed to get in touch with the support because of the MaxMind fraud protection. Still overall very nice response time.
I got the cheapest budget Windows VPS for $7 and change from France because I need connectivity to my other server in the Netherlands. Here's the speedtest:
So while on 1gbps link it doesn't really go up there, I'd still feel like a real dick complaining about that with these prices! But the server works fine and RDP connection is very stable even to here in-the-middle-of-nowhere, so no complaints at all. Having 1GB RAM even on the lowest option feels nice and it makes program run just fine.
So far everything looks very good!

Ok so me and my friends need a vpn or vps for playing a game together
1. so what i need for the vps is a static ip, i dont want anyone else login with the same ip and causing trouble for me
2. I want to program a router so it connects to the vps and so the computer only sees the vps connection info, not sure if the use webrtc style reporting feature inbeded the game but i also do not want to lose a character if it does. So would like it if there was support to get it set up on a router i have seen another vpn service with this but they dont offer static ips.
3. If i look up the ip i get from the vps i do not want to see for the provider name some thing like us1.vps.****.c yes its a bit of overkill but i do not want them just looking up the ip i am using and lose my chacters because the ip is clearly labeled a vps. I have heard of a vps the owns a small internet provider so there vps show as a real provider not as vps but they also did not have static ips available.
