I have two questions:
1. Is there any money back policy for the first X days?
2. In case, for example I buy a 3 month package, and want to upgrade to another package after the first month, how is typically done? Paying the difference for the 3 extra months upgrade? Paying the difference for the time left (2 month)? Or it's just impossible to do this?

Hello,
1. We have money back for your first service with us within first 7 days, please note that Bitcoin payment is not refundable now.
2. You can do the upgrade right in our Client Area, just pay the difference for the time left that our system calculated. In case of renewal invoice generated for the next billing cycle, you will need to make the payment for that invoice first then you will be able to upgrade.

this vps is not of a budget at all.. U make the affordable vps plan of a month to apply for a year.. not a good deal imo..

- SuperSaving Budget VPS: You will need to pay at least quarterly to get better price
- Normal Budget VPS: You can pay monthly.
So you can choose the most suitable option.

For Linux VPS we have special yearly plan where you can get 1GB RAM KVM VPS for around $4-$5/mo - which is affordable imo?

monthly plan for the Linux is what is needed mostly and you know that.. U cant give a year plan for linux os and say its affordable..
