There are even articles about people who drink wine and live up to 100 years, although in wine there is an ethyl alcohol and wine cannot prolong life in any way. :D You don’t understand that this is conventional marketing to attract people to buy different products. It's 100% clear... and I haven’t come across anywhere that green tea is good for arteries. For me, this is another clever marketing ploy.

For your heart health, it pays to go green. “With green tea, the leaves have been harvested and allowed to wither, and then steamed. There is no oxidation,” says Brill. She recommends choosing green tea as often as possible if you're a tea drinker. “Just don’t ruin it with sugar,” says Brill. Clinical studies on drinking green tea have found that it helps lower LDL cholesterol and triglycerides — good news for your heart. And drinking green tea is also associated with a lower risk of heart disease and death from heart attack or stroke, according to a study of more than 90,000 Japanese participants published in the March 2015 Annals of Epidemiology.

An 8 ounce cup of green tea gives you from 24 to 45 mg caffeine depending on how long it’s brewed, notes the Mayo Clinic. Powerful antioxidants in green tea — especially one called epigallocatechin gallate, or EGCG — can help prevent atherosclerosis, the buildup of plaque in the arteries. “The EGCG can [also] help boost metabolism, helping to make it easier to achieve and maintain a healthy weight. In addition, green tea helps improve the function of endothelial cells in blood vessels,” says Erin Palinski-Wade, RD, who works with heart patients and is also the author of Belly Fat for Dummies.

It's a good anti-oxidant, helps weight loss by being an acute appetite suppressant, but I've never heard any claim that it helped with arteries.

The most important thing is finding the origin of the source of leaves. There's a lot of counterfeit or low quality green tea. I'd look for tea that has a verified origin from Sri Lanka or India. Most comes from China, but it's hard to verify what's legitimate and what's been adulterated with other ingredients.

It's very hard to find good quality green tea in a tea bag.
Most of the good stuff is sold in loose-leaf form.

i dont mind in a bag or loose

I think milk has saved my life.

Celestial Seasonings is what we buy here and you can get that on Amazon.

We add honey and lemongrass to make it a nice tea.
Great brand, have been drinking their tea for years, there is not a grocery store in the states that do not carry them.

found celestial website about 90$ for 18 boxes x 40 tea bags
