Green dot moneypak card = $ making method?

The problem with selling these is that you run a huge risk of chargebacks and fraudulent charges. If they buy it with a stolen credit card, there is nothing you can do once they redeem the code onto their account. MoneyPak doesn't help you in the case of scammers.

Wow. Never knew a person could make money selling those Greendot Cards for a profit.

I would never buy a green dot card from anyone other than a store such as walgreens or walmart.

Its pretty simple. In order to use a Greendot card you have to have a SSN.
Guess what? Many countries do not have a SSN but would enjoy the benefits of a Greendot card.

So BAM! A demand starts a supply and people make folding money.
 
eBay does not allow you to list MoneyPaks anymore.

You could but your listing will most likely just get removed before the auction ends.

And where does one get all the SSN's for these Cards? as one individual can only have 1 or 2 cards max ...that's just asking for Fed Prison for Identity theft... not blackhat marketing BTW, Fraud, and ID theft, and probably a mound of other charges ... no Thanks.

Did I condone the use of these or discuss the morality or ethics involved? Absolutely not.
People were simply asking why there being sold and I gave a simple answer.

Nothing to do with the ethical question or not. Ask me a question about if they should be sold or not and I will answer
that to.

Actually, foreign PayPals (outside of Canada/US I believe) don't accept MoneyPak.

the site is ebay they are buying and selling them on the website ....

I thought this might be something easy and straight forward to get into and you could always scale up and add twist...best is you can get the orders first then go get cards=no out of pocket

I'm a merchant of moneypak and I also saw some post and some moneypak cards being sold more 150% the original price..
Also wondering why this is going on.. I hope it's legit though..
