Great Wordpress theme or plugin for "rosters"

Guys, I need your assistance.

I am looking for a Wordpress theme or plugin where people can gain access by the webmaster, to post pics/vids of themselves, and their personal information, in a "sports" setup. So think of rosters for sports teams, only this is for individuals.

There is a plugin called "Rosters" I believe, but it is REALLY "low tech". I am hoping to find something a little more edgier, if possible.
