If you put it above the closing head tag, it will be applied sitewide.

Let me try it out and see....noob question, what would happen if the number of backlinks required by search engines like Google exceeded the daily limit since the script is automated? or is that controlled by tynt?

This are natural links, plain url links. If someone copies and pastes your content, a link to the source site is automatically added.

There are instructions forthe most cms. if you dont get it, make a search within your template files for </head> and place it in this file before this tag

How does it insert your backlink to the copied content? I mean if they copy paste then sure but if they rewrite the content then there is now copy paste.

I was one of the few who knew about this a while back, People who copy these days remove the links added in by tynt!
