I just came across BHW today. I've been working in marketing for the past couple of years and can't believe I didn't know about BHW until now. There are so many cool people and so much good info here, looks like it's going to be a fun ride.

I was looking for reviews of an online reputation management service, and the google link brought me to BHW. An internet user posted false claims of our product on Reddit, which became the top-ranked forum search result on Google, and that caused our conversion rate to go down. So I'm looking into hiring a reputation management service to help with this. Does anyone have experience with such issues and have any suggestions?
