I am looking to JV with one Partner for a massively in demand product, let me state here this in NOT a replica product but genuine.
This is not like laptops where if you search for it you will have 500 options, and likely 1000 sub options.
When searched for this product is purchased in most cases. This is an all year round product to say the least and annually will only get bigger.
I have done research in the marketplace and a couple of countries are saturated
However there are a number of countries that are huge and fairly much untapped
I have the product at hand ready to go.
I want to JV with one partner in one country to prove its worth and then build distribution from there
One country I would like to start with gets 48,000 uniques for this product each month, yet 2 of the top 3 in Google for that country do not even sell the product--- they are forum posts
TrafficTravis show the country as being relatively easy to rank for the main kw
Customers usually buy a minimum of 10 and many order 50+ at a time
Only one sale a day of 10 would return in net margin $825 per month
Obviously with 48,000 people a month searching for this product sales for Page 1 would be much higher, my estimation for Page 1 low is a minimum 10 sales a day of mixed sizes, so pretty quickly an $8k net a month
I have people I have contacted here in BHW that would be focusing on ranking the site very quickly. Based on their previous successes (even with the algo change) they would get Page 1 for this country very quickly.
For the JV there are a couple of options
1. You may be the type of investor that just wishes a return on investment, for $2000 invested your return would be $3,000 within 90 days payable $1000 each month.
2. Full Partner in the site. Full partner gets 50% of net revenues for life.
We would pretty quickly look to dominate top 3 in that country with multiple sites. For 50% partner the costs would be $4500. This would be split $2500 at start-up and $2000 at 30 days. The Partner can also if they wish collect the revenue for the site and split profits at month end.
