Definitely, networking, especially when you're new to the industry, is so important in my opinion.

Getting a visa to US and UK is always one of my dreams lol

Had/have same reservations. It's honestly something I would invest in, but I am as n00b as it gets. Trying to decipher the "structure" of the conference in terms of percentages, if that makes any sense. Are there workshops? Speeches? Or is the majority of it open-forum sort of thing?
Always hate traveling to these things alone, unaware of how to get the best bang for my buck.
I'll keep checking out the forums though, for sure.
