1. You need find the right people to do squeeze page, landing page with a reasonable price. I pay the fees for them.
2. You need find the right people to do Cpa account approval, i provide all the infomation you need. like address or so. I pay the fees for each account approved.
3. So we got cpa account. You need contact the affiliate manager to get offers and make a good relationship with the affiliate manager. also if they investigate cpa account, you need call them to solve the problem.

All you do is comunication.

Your share: 20% of all the cpa account payment.

Just be a payday loan affiliate if you want to do CPA. Way easier then what you are describing.
 
Contacted you a while ago , we talked than you didn't reply on messenger after telling me you want to work together. It's troubling that you can just disappear like that.

not recommended to do JV!!
the pay you will get is 20% for all your slogging , instead slog for yourself you will earn much more, keep your ideas to your self... he may also accuse you for his wrong doings...cookie stuffing things...

OP had been searching for more than a year now, no luck.. OBVIOUS reasons....
