Who gives a shit about the conversion rate?
I wouldn't doubt that there IS a 10% conversion rate.
It's actually pretty likely, considering whoever actually looks at the flyer.. Gets on their PC.. Types in your link.. is probably pretty serious about getting some free Netflix.
Direct marketing traffic ALWAYS converts higher because the visitors jump through hoops to get to your offer vs. clicking their mouse once as with PPC.
Whether or not they notice the flyer, that's a different story.
That's for all you tards.

+ it wont cost anything for the pizza shop, they just gives you permission to stick your flyer to their cardboard and they get more profit = guarantee income!
Only problem is how do you coordinate this?.. taxes and sh*t

I wonder if networking with the delivery driver is better. You can have them actually pitch the offer and pay him a percentage.

Think this could work but not sure what their payout is at LoveFilm. I know they have a 14 day trial and not 30 day but do you get paid for people signing up to the free trial?

Bravo, sir. This is ingenuity. You don't have to only target pizza places obviously. Delivery service chains would be a goldmine for this as well since they cover a multitude of restaurants and are always looking for ways to increase they're revenue.
For anyone with access to a cheap printshop you might not even need to offer the client a percentage of earnings; merely negate their cost for printing menu's etc by doing it for them "for free" as long as you're allowed to stick an advertisement in it somewhere.

You could try vistaprint if you are based in the UK. Not sure if they are also based in the US.

You could always have the print shop deliver the flyers that you buy from them or outsource to a courier service.
The printer may deliver them for free even if you have decent volume at some point and a courier service can be dirt cheap if you don't have to get them delivered immediately.
I used to run a courier service and for next day pick up and delivery it is very economical as you can route that in very easily 99% of the time.
