Ok, so my website dropped so hard that it was not even showing up on the top 100. I created a Web 2.0 added a few articles, pictures and video for content the past week. I waiting before I did anything else to the site and then as of Saturday I started creating back links using NHSEO. I am now ranking on page 4 and 6 with three KWs so when I finally get my last few articles completed I should be able to get to page 1 very easily. I did it with three web 2.0 site and back links from NHSEO.

Yes. You need to be very careful with NHSEO as you may stumble into a honeypot.
Nothing special guys. Videos posted on Youtube that are a few weeks old, then manually created three Web 2.0 sites that are I've six months old except one which is only two weeks old.
Social blast using twitter and FB so far. Going to do some bookmarking later this week.
