    I had a great idea:

    1) Download like 5+GB of music from across the web. And buy shared/vps offshore with offshore domain registration.
    2) Upload it all to rapidshare (either by artist, album, individual song, etc idk yet).
    3) Make a membership website out of it, make people go through signing-up.
    4) On the last page before the signup process is complete, they must fill out an email submit CPA offer (rotated of course - either iframed in the sense of email/submit button iframe or co-reg whole page type iframe) and using javascripts history > 0 or another way idk, when they fill out the email submit part the signup is complete and they are activated on my site where they are allowed to login and download galore. I will be redirecting non-US/EU/AU/CA visitors to another site (IDK what yet).

    So my biggest questions are:

    1) What Affiliate networks allow "iframe/co-reg" on email submits - INCENT ALLOWED!? - (Or Offers a gateway-type thing - NOT CP*gAy*LEAD!)
    2) Of the affiliate networks from the first question, do they allow warez-linking type sites?
    3) If you have any constructive criticisms or comments or suggestions, please feel free to speak :)

    THANK YOU!

    Yeah right!

First of all, you can easily get your ass sued! I heard there was some guy sued for $5 mil just because he was downloading music not to mention doing this... Second of all, read this forum a bit, there was an AM here that said that email submits don't convert on page one. The user has to submit the rest of the pages even though it's being advertised as an email submit only. I myself as an advertiser wouldn't pay you unless you deliver quality leads. What you should do before trying anything is think about getting quality leads for your advertisers. If you don't you might get away once or twice but that's it, you'll be gone after. CPA networks are smart, do your best to give them what they want and everyone's gonna be happy in the end.

Yeah you could get your ass sued!

On another note, I know theres a few guys locally that sell ALL the alblums from like the last 40 years on an external hardrive. They charge something like £100 + the cost of the hardrive. This would save you months of downloading and arranging if theres someone in your local area can do the same (TIP....Speak to any mobile DJ's that do parties and functions in your area, they normally use laptops and these drives these days instead of oldstlye turntables and/or CDs..so they will be able to point u in the right direction)

Thats one half of your problem solved, but as soon as you start advertising your membership site you will get raped by the music companies, pretty much the same way pirate bay did.

If you could spread the word in some underground manner, word of mouth and then have everyone complete some skanky incentive email submit everytime they want a full album, you'd be laughing.

but be prepared for jail time if u get caught

First of all, scoop to the first respondant - do you know the definition of offshore? Means "NOT IN US/EU/AU/CA Juristidiction" so they can't know it's me cause the company won't release my information?

And what about shareca$h(dot)org? They HOST warez (not warez link, HOST), porn and other illegal things in the us and yet they are hosted by a us company, private domain regiration by a us domain registrar and they have email submits from places like maxbounty!

    So comeon!

Dude I know what offshore means.

And about the maxbounty thing, I am almost 100% sure that there is no illegal site containing offers from maxbounty. I checked sharecash and they are a HOSTING company just like rapidshare and they don't promote illegal downloads, probably fight against it.

I don't wanna and don't have time to fight with you, so good luck in whatever you're doing.

LMFAO - if you're a member of shareca$h.org, then you know that they have no problem with P0rn, pirated games, music, software, etc, if you ask the admin they even come out and say it. Originally when the guy posted about it here on BHW god knows how many months/year ago, he even said whatever you want you can upload so, w/e.

I don't understand why people feel they have to put in their two sense when I specifically asked for CONSTRUCTIVE criticism not DESTRUCTIVE.

    After this isn't DP....

Offshore doesn't mean they can't find your or get your information. They can definitely sue you as well even though the files aren't in the US, look at the Pirate Bay boys they weren't even hosting the files just the torrents.
