Great Domain - what to do with it?

So I've picked up an expired domain, I have quite a few and they're pretty good, but this one is GREAT. PR5 (I know this isn't the main metric) and DA 30 which is decent but its the fact the backlinks are coming from some huge sites such as bbc that I find exciting. What do I do with it? 301 it to a site? Build out a site on it? Sell links (if so where?)

Any ideas and advice is much appreciated. At the moment I'm reduced to thinking about selling links on Fiverr, I don't want to do that but think I should monetize the domain better than that.

I'm not so sure your domain is that great, but if the domain is brandable/niche related, then I would build a website on it.
Otherwise, use it as PBN.

Expired domains with authority backlinks are common. I can find 25++ of these within 24 hours, with non-spammy profile & clean history. Build a pbn on it

Depends on what the name of the domain is and how much money, time and other resources you're willing to invest into it. If you think it can turn into a big website, then definitely go for it. Or else if you don't think it has the potential, use it as for PBNs instead.

Rebuild the old website if possible, or build something similar/in the same niche.

Recreate the old site or something similar, leverage the power of the existing backlinks, build pages on every url that has a backlink.

I find these all the time. Take a look at the WayBackMachine and it if it's a niche that you can take advantage of, build it up and make some money. You can always add a link back to your money site in the footer to get the link juice out of it.
