great domain name.. but do i need to monetize?

I have a domain name that is a common misspelling of a movie coming out next December in which its squeals were very popular. Do I need to monetize this website to make it worth any sort of value when I wish to sell it, or will the pageviews alone from direct traffic be able to sell this website?

As of now I am getting barely any traffic and there are ~20,000 global monthly searches. I expect hits to pick up when the movie starts advertising.

seems like a short term gig. I would monetize the cr*p out of it while you're getting the traffic. OR, you could try to sell the site while it's hot and hope a newbie buys it.

I think I may do both. I'm planning on selling the website when its hot. I just checked and I have zero competition for the misspelled word I am going for. Wish me luck!
