In not sarcastic :)... Public figure people get the blue tick next to their name, that verifies that its a genuine profile owned by that person. Grey badge was awarded to business

Facebook is the only one for everyone :)
I went specifically to look for gray icons, but did not find
And how do they interfere so much at all
