Have you ever felt a wave of gratitude wash over you? Where you're just super appreciative for a person, a place, or even a moment?
That's happening to me right now - I'm feeling incredibly thankful for the BHW community, for all that you guys have shared and for how it's changed my life, in ways I couldn't have imagined when I first started. I just received my affiliate commission from December. Six figures. Unbelievable. As a 24 year old, it's life changing. I'm thinking of buying a home or a rental property, scaling up all of the ventures I've put on the back burner for too long, investing in my skill set and interests, and really making 2015 the best year of my life.
I've got nothing to sell any you, haven't even bothered with my sig. Nothing I've done is innovative or revolutionary. It's no secret how internet marketing works, this is a public forum and lots of members have put a significant amount of time into creating and compiling top-notch threads for people with any skill set to get started.
The thing is, very few people are willing to really get to work and treat this like a job, a career, or a business.
IM isn't exactly a simple game, we all know that. It's complicated, multifaceted, and it can be cut throat at times. But the industry in general - and this forum in particular - is filled with all of the information needed to get on the path to success, however you define it. If you choose to stay the course, use the information freely available to you, and stick with it even when times get tough, you will succeed. There's no doubt in my mind, nor should there be any in yours.
Having lurked around here for years, I've seen guys so far advanced beyond me I had to open thirty tabs and go off on a reading tangent just to understand what they're talking about. But it's worth it. That's the best way to learn; just follow the clues to success. Pick a method and adapt it to make it your own. Very bright people have shared their blueprints to success here.
For that reason, I look up to these guys who form the pillars of our community. There's a solid bunch of 'em, if you've been here long enough or pay close attention, you know who I'm talking about. There are legends among us, in their own right. They've helped me get to where I am today, and I'm really thankful for that.
All in all, I just want to wish you guys good luck in 2015. Success is well within your reach. And remember, this game is mental more than anything. Nothing is holding you back, unless you let it.
