Graphics Problem, Need Help

While getting a Vista machine ready for another User, I deleted the previous User's account and saved their files etc... to a directory I named "TEMP". HUGE MISTAKE.

Then ran a temporary file cleaner utility and it interpreted everything in the "TEMP" folder as "deletable" and started doing just that. I saw a row of several .jpg files go by before I canceled the operation.

Of the 500 or so .jpg files, I might have deleted as many as 30. I ran GetDataBack for NTFS to do data recovery, but some of the "recovered" files are corrupt, and I may need to get back into the the software and find the deleted files individually.

So, what I want to do is be able to display thumbnails of all the photos in the folder, and all the photos in the various sub-folders, all at the same time so that I can quickly see all the corrupted image files and go looking for them one at a time. Otherwise I'm going to have to meticulously search ever subfolder, and all the subfolders in those subfolders, etc... and it could go down as many as 5 folders deep.

I'd like a software that will ignore the folder file structure, and just show me everything within the parent folder.

Does software like this exist, and if so how do I make it happen?

Just search the folder(s) for *.jpg or *.* or whatever and it'll show all files

Also, you didn't install recovery software on same drive did you? If so that could have overwritten some of the data.
