Graphics printing site i've seen mentioned here beofre?

I remember a while back I was reading someones journey thread and they had a link to this graphics site. Where the artist would upload their designs and the company would take care of everything for selling your designs and give you a commission. The site also allowed artists to follow and be followed sort of like Twitter.

I want to find what this site was called. I want to sell t-shirt designs I made but I don't want to stock 100's of them at my house haha.
