Hey guys,

I Love the forum, so I thought I'd give back.

I made a few of 'headers'/banners for the site.
They're the same size as the one you're using now, so it will incorporate easily.

No prob if you don't want to use them.. just thought they look cool.

I think there a little plain but otherwise they look pretty cool.
Although that said i am sort of used to the logo they got now and imagine everyone else is also.
Cant see them changing it but i recon its nice of ya to offer.
Just thought i would give ya some feedback mate as no one else has.

...As a Graphic Designer my 'professional' opinion goes like this:

Nice use of the rotated gun in place of the lower case 'r' in the word 'World'

That said, the image on all samples was the same. (I'm guessing you found it somewhere and rotated the text styles).

On the final banner the 'hat' should have an upper case 'H'

I'm being picky but you seemed to want feedback.

I have no intention to offend and agree with 'Damink' that it was a hell-of-a nice thing to do.

Yeah, i also like them, they are quite neat, thanks for the effort. Maybe Dave will use them.

I like them a little better; i don't really like either honestly. but the guy is cool in yours....something different would be cool but i don't like much that one

Thanks all! I appreciate the positive feedback!

I see they're now changing the logo/banner .. maybe I sparked some 'spring cleaning'..

I just took a couple of minutes and threw it together.. but I'm sure if I focused I could come up with something flashy, if needed.

Yeah, I've got loads of stock photos, especially 'black hat' / 'mafia style' photos.. really high quality. I've been waiting to do something with them.

Anyways.. thanks for the feedback. You guys are all cool as hell. I've been hanging out here for a couple of months, but haven't been too active until now.

...As there is a competition coming up for a new header, perhaps it is time to design something seriously and not just for fun.

My two cents worth is maybe it should be Adobe Flash animated. Any thoughts?
