As my current designer has grown into a large successful company and is diversifying his services I am looking for a replacement.

I need someone that is...
- Creative
- Motivated
- An awsome designer
- Work to deadlines/fast turnaround

It is beneficial if you can also splice designs into valid XHTML and are able to use CSS however this is not a requirement.

Your tasks will include:
- Logo design
- Banner Design
- Image designs + making sites look pretty
- Site Templates
