Graphic designer needed!!

Hi, long story short, I built a stealth paypal account and I have now passed my annual receiving limit and am being limited until I provide ID, I have told paypal I only have a birth certificate, bank statement and utility bill, I've got hold of all 3, Now I need someone who has access to photoshop them for me to my stealth name, I would'nt mind paying I have tried via fiverr but my account is limited. Whoever is out there pleasee get in touch and drop me a PM with your skype/email as I cant PM back.
