Like everyone has said above. You get what you pay for. You must be new, as in VERY new. It is common knowledge that mostly everyone on Fiverr uses templates and/or outsources the work from others who use...wait for it...templates or recycled work. Thats the only way its profitable for them.
You can seriously just got to Canva or Logomakr.com or similar sites and do them yourself or even freelancer sites.
At least be willing to pay $50 or more for the logo. Geez.
Lastly, if you have a local business and plan to only operate locally somewhere it probably wont matter anyway, however, if you plan to operate nationally, primarily online, then you need to really think long and hard about it.
