How long have you been designing?

Here's my honest review:
Overall I think you have potential, but you need to learn the basics of design (not Illustrator) first.
On a lot of your logos you have text that will not be readable (e.g. $ sign in SEO, Communication & Organization in the middle). Also I don't quite understand why you have duplicate texts for the same logo (e.g. Cat in the box).
Your logos don't always represent what the company is about.

As of now I would not pay you for design work.
Read more and try to soak in everything you can. I'm sure you'll get there if you keep working hard.

Try to hire some client and then you might know what the result is.
