Claims that such a discovery happened are worthless, if nobody with some authority claims that discovery as their own and is willing to defend their findings. All that's left then are morons and assholes on the internet who defend it because they want to believe it or because they want others to believe it.
(And if "freedom of speech" allows them to spread obviously false information, then it allows me to call them morons and assholes.)

So why is Japan recalling all the pfizer vaccines because they found foreign materials in their vaccines? Are they spreading propaganda or did they actually find something?

I read a comment last night on a popular news website in my country describing antivaxxers who had stormed some broadcasting outlet for the nth time in a row - happening often at the moment - as 'stupidity in its primordial state'. Thought that was very fitting.
