Graphene OS IG accounts issue

How do u rotate ip if u running multiple IG accounts through graphene os, i'm just constantly getting human verif tho i'm switching to airplane mode every time i change the profile in graphene os

If you're getting a series of human verification prompts even after IP changes, you'll want to check the quality or rep of the IPs you're switching between and the account activity instead. I mean, see if you can run the accounts on a good clean IP and if the verification thing still follows, it's probably something else causing it.
Plus I'm quite sure the airplaine mode doesn't do enough to make a meaningful difference to IG either. If you're using a proxy, you could just rotate the IP from whatever dashboard the provider has.
 
just going airplane mode isn’t consistent enough for IP switches, you’re also most likely getting must,pile different IPs per account which can also flag you. Use proxies instead.

i just saw on this forum ppl saying that airplane mode is enough for graphene os to switch to another profile
 
You're not guaranteed a new IP just because you switch airplane mode on and off. Most providers use CGNAT, meaning multiple users share the same public IP which is the reason IP bans aren't as common because it'd hit more people than just you. Just make sure your not doing the airplane mode strategy while connected to WiFi as you'll be assigned the same IP over and over...
 
Airplane mode doesn't always change your IP depending on the carrier. Also grapheneOS profiles don't mean each profile gets a separate IP. I'd try keeping the connection stable & avoiding switching between accounts too frequently
 
airplane mode will not always work to get you an entirely clean IP change if there are multiple accounts on one phone. tbh, Instagram might be monitoring the behavior of the device itself rather than just the IP change.

however, graphene profiling can only detect app data and cannot differentiate between different IDs within the network. tbh, I would also analyze the user is behavioral patern as IG is able to recognize more than just changes in IP address.
 
Are you even using a mobile IP? Asking because you didn't mention it in the opening post. Airplane mode can only switch the IP if you use a cellular connection.

The problem with Graphene is that it won't change Canvas or WebGL - those are hardware-based, and they get pretty good at detecting this.

I used GrapheneOS for creating Reddit accounts. Even if I switched profiles, Reddit allowed me to create only 1 account per hour or so (with troubles).
 
Your airplane mode does not give you a new IP address and IG may be checking your device/session signals. If you keep verifying yourself, I would recommend working on your account/device settings.
 
IG sees the IP jumping around while the account history stays the same, so verification kicks in pretty fast. For multiple accounts, a separate antidetect profile with its own stable proxy and cookies is way less messy than rotating the mobile IP every switch.

Yes haha ofc im using cellurar data, never connected my pixels to wifi
 
You are going to have to use a 4G proxy and attach it to each account by either routing the IP from the device, or by using Cloud phones where you can then attach the same proxy across all devices and then rotate based on timing.

I will say it can cause the phone to reconnect and maybe get a different IP, which is helpful. Still can't say that's enough of a meaningful change for IG to consider it as a completely different device/ connection environment, etc. Don't put too much stock in it, is what I'm saying.
Unless you have a very deliberately purpose-built setup or otherwise configured around it, that's probably not good enough for big 2026 IG. Being that you use GrapheneOS doesn't really change the fundamental point.
Hopefully though, someone with more experience on it can chime in.
 
Graphene doesn't completely isolate each account; there's a common fingerprint across all profiles.

If you're using multiple accounts on the same device, the network detects it easily.

Try not to have more than 4-5 accounts on the same phone, and ensure each account behaves differently, leaving time between accounts...

but... It's the reason why people buy pixels and put graphene on it, to have more than 5 accs, like why would anyone buy pixel just to use it for 5 accs while u can do the same with any android or iphone

Just because other people are doing it doesn't mean it works well.

Do your own research and you'll understand that accounts aren't 100% isolated; in other words, the networks know how many accounts are on the same Graphene device.

There's one ID in particular—I can't recall its name right now—that remains exactly the same across all profiles, even after a factory reset. This is something the Graphene community knows; I'm not making it up.

Also, they can block or ban the device with this ID.

Depending on your usage, the number of accounts, and your behavior, you'll have more or fewer problems.

Solution: Use a cloning tool like Nomix but you don't need GrapheneOS for it.

10 separate profiles and 10 igs on each, tho im just testing stuff now not really running it before i was just running igs on iphones and all was smooth with single SIMcard and 3 accs per device
