Grape Festival

Hello all, in about a month and a half there will be a grape festival. Thousands will attend.
I am not entirely sure on what to promote. My idea is to have a brief paragraph telling those who attend the festival that they will be offered a discount to the following offers: ect..
Can anyone tell me if they believe this is a good approach?

Arkansas "insert something here" magazine.com and on said site run a amazon store script and some VERY deceptive adsense ads. Print out little business cards or strips of paper with the url and "1000 visitor receives [insert something here]" and then just never give anyone the prize.
