Gramto Sucks

This company was recommended to me after the big follow/unfollow flap on Instagram. Supposedly their 'power view' stories were the new method. It never worked. When I asked customer service about why it wasn't working, their response was that I must not be using it right. I was using it right.

They acted like I was flat out retarded, and when I showed proof I was using it correctly, they ghosted me. There have been zero responses to my inquiries since then.

If you're thinking of using Gramto, don't.
