Looks like they are using something related to nextpost, Don't seem trustable to me at all!

Gramto is a nextpost script, if they are using the last Insta API wrapper source code continuously developed by Sergey Komlev, yes it should works ! However, if they are still using outdated API it can put your account at risk, be careful.

It works, but it does get found out by Instagram for stuff like 'phishing' or unusual activity detected. Not sure what the issue is at the moment but I have requested some info.
